How to Order Wholesale Banners

• Quantity

  To qualify, all wholesale banner orders require a minimum quantity of 50 identical banners: same size, material, image, hemming, and grommeting, to be delivered to the same location.

• Size Options

  We have a huge range of available sizes for wholesale banner orders, from small 1-foot square banners to huge 10-foot x 150-foot banners. All sizes are eligible for big wholesale discounts.

• Material

  Wholesale banners can be ordered in two material types, both are strong, durable, UV safe, waterproof, and fire-resistant:

  • The standard 13oz Matte Vinyl, the most popular choice for long-lasting use indoors & outdoors; flat, anti-glare appearance makes it easy to read even in brightly lit areas or direct sunlight;
  • Optional 13oz Gloss Vinyl, available on special request, featuring a high-gloss finish that makes colors & images pop for maximum visual impact; same exceptional quality results in banners that are designed to last.
• Banner Hemming

  Banner edges are folded and heat-welded to create an extremely sturdy bonded hem able to withstand rough conditions and extended use. Superior resistance to fraying, tearing, and wear extends our banners' lifespan and adds value.

• Grommeting

  We use durable metal #2 grommets, available in satin black or silver finish, which are tested to perform to the highest standards for durability and quality. Grommets are punched about ½-inch from the banner edge, through the heat-welded hem. ½-inch diameter holes fit a variety of sizes for rope, string, cable, and plastic fasteners. Smooth inside edge is designed to prevent fastener wear and breakage.

  For digital file uploads in large-format banner printing, the traditional rules of file dimension and resolution used in standard offset printing don’t necessarily apply. We do not require higher dpi image files: when setting up images with the document size set at 100% (the size of the printed product), it is only necessary to set the resolution at 150 dpi for most types of banners. We accept PDF, PSD, TIFF, AI, and JPG files in RGB color mode.

  All of our wholesale banners are printed using 6 Color HP Latex Print Technology tools, in High Pass High Quality Mode, which is the industry's preferred standard for high quality image printing. Then just call us back to approve your banners for printing. Note: printed proof requests may extend turnaround time.

• Blind-Drop Shipping

  Want to get orders delivered direct to where they need to be? Blind-drop shipping lets you supply banners directly to your sales staff, dealer locations, show sites, and event spaces in plain brown boxes, with no branding and no paperwork inside, just the banners.

  Our blind-drop shipping program puts your company name on the label's “Ship From” field, providing the appearance of direct shipping from your location. We can even ship using your FedEx or UPS account number at no additional charge. If you request banner shipments to multiple locations, an additional shipping and handling fee will be applied per location.
